Hey Bootique Fitnesschef, are these the kicks you love?
I'm more into Vivo Barefoot myself: http://www.vivobarefoot.com/us/mens.html/.
Inov-8 is a great minimalist shoe allowing your feet to do the work they were designed to do. There light and durable. I teach my Boot Camps in them, I train in them and I have even run the mudrun in them……still going strong.
I need new shoes.
Nicely done yesterday, my arms are sore.
